Mickey Blue Eyes

Welcome Mickey to our family!!! He is doing so well. What a joy it is to have him in our family!!! He is catching on quickly to our family routine and is doing great! He came to us with the name Paulie (after Paul Newman). He would not respond to it! We called out Mickey Blue eyes and his ears perked up! He is a smart boy. So he is Mickey for short. Potty training is going great!! Every day we trust him more. Yea!! So here we are on another great part of our adventure as the Castruccio family.

Jack 2000-2010

Yesterday we said goodbye to our baby Jack. What a joy he was to us. We enjoyed 9 more months than we expected. We will never forget what he added to our family and the joy that he was. Our kids grew up with him always there and we will miss him greatly. We love you Baby Jack. We will love you forever and always.

I don't know why it is not letting me post a picture right now. But, we are so proud! On Sunday Jonah went in front of the church and wants to be baptized!! We are so proud of his decision. He is working on the fear of water issue and is determined, so it is a great time for him. Way to go Jonah!!!!

I had such a great day with these girlies! Jonah carried my camera bag and I paid him. So on the way I realized I forgot my tripod and asked him if he would help me hold the flash off to the side if I needed it. You know what he said?! "So I am getting paid for this, is there any more in it if I hold the flash?" I was rolling!! That's my kid! Smart boy!

It's Hot!!!!

Wow is it hot!! Heat index today of 115!!! Ouch!! Tried to fry an egg on the patio. After 15 min I went inside to cook dinner, forgot about it and Jack ate it. Oops. :) Still fun while it lasted! There are bubbles forming under the egg after 15 min. NICE!!!

We picked up James' dad on the way to Gatlinburg! We met the Hurst family over there. What a wild and fun time. Bugs and all! Haa!!! You all saw the 2 flat tires?!! Add 5 hours for the boys in Walmart getting that fixed. :) The cousins had a great time and we had fun hiking, shopping and seeing new things.
