My parents are here for a visit and they are going to be taking care of the kids while we are in NY. Yea!!

My sister is here for a visit. She let me practice on her! We had alot of fun. Here are some pictures of her. :) She is at a conference for a few days, but is coming back this weekend. Then our lives of insanity starts! OH ya, Abby cut her first top tooth last night! Yea!! She was pretty niserable and it was a L-O-N-G night.

Daily Grind

There are no funny stories today. :( Sorry. We have been really busy. We just got done with our Easter program for Church. It was a really great time. Coming up we have alot of company! My cousin is coming and then my sister, then my parents while James and I are in New York. Yea! We are so excited. It seems like it never stops!! My wedding season is going to start soon. Hurrah! I can't wait for this new season and new brides and grooms.

These 2 ladies have been Castillo friends for a long time. I have known them for gosh, forever! I was in grade school when we met. Grandma Shatto came for a visit. I put them up so my folks and family could see.

Here are some pictures I took of my friend. I can' t put some of them up now because they presents. She is way fun if you can't tell. We had to do them inside because it was like 40 deg outside stinking cold. :)

This is our beautiful Loney. She was my dad's great aunt. She went to be with Jesus a week before her 101st birthday. She died this past Wednesday night. This was one of the last pictures taken of this most amazing lady (a week before). She was so special to us and our family. She loved my dad like a son and they were very close. He was her "Nicky". My dad was named after her first husband Nick. There are so many things to remember about her. She had a sense of humor. Try being a kid and rigging the car with fire crackers and a 86 year old woman opens the door instead of your dad (who was supposed to open it) and thinks it is so funny. I thought she was going to have a heart attack then! She loved having us at the farm house. She sang songs in low german and even if she was off key we never knew because it was beautiful. She was loved so much in her lifetime. We were privilaged to know and love her and share part of her life.
