Jonah and Daddy

We took Jonah to his first circus. He had a great time. He loved the animals. He was not too sure about the clowns at first. Then when they started doing their thing he laughed and had a good time. His little buddy went with us and they just oohhed and ahhhed about everything. They really liked the motorcyles in the big ball. That was pretty cool. Jonah was also facinated with the clown cars. It was so cute. Abby slept through most of it and when she was awake she liked the lights and pulling on anything she could get ahold of. :) We topped off the afternoon with some frozen custard from the famous Ted Drewes. That is so worth the trip, yes even in the fall/winter. Ted Drewes is like a food group of it's own. I know it is in the pyramid somewhere... It was such a great day. Hope you have one too.

6 Month Appointment

Abby had her 6th month appointment. She is growing so much. Here are her latest stats...
16 pounds 4 oz (50%)- 27 1/2 in (95%) height. The percents are the percentiles for her age group. She is doing great and had 4 shots today. Sniff** Jonah said, "Mommy I don't want baby Abby to get shots they hurt, when I got a shot I was really brave when I was 3 years old. Then daddy and I went out to get icecream at Costco". He cracks us up. So here is for a long night and hopefully a better day tomorrow.

Long Overdue update

Jonah at the Park

Flower Girl
Hello Again Friends and Family! It has been a little while since our last post. This should catch you up. Jonah is doing fantastic! We are working on his states. He can put together a US states puzzle and name almost every state, and can tell you who lives there! Pretty crazy huh?! He is so funny, the other day he drank his milk too fast and put his hand up and said, "Brain Freeze"! Don't know where he gets that from. Abby is doing well also. She loves routine, and is getting to be the most wonderful baby. She loves the Kodi (dog) and her big brother. She is rolling all over the living room and if you are not careful she will grab anything in her way! She is teething like crazy. Drool girl. James and I are doing pretty well. We are busy as usual and we are lucky to have some quiet moments to ourselves. We are trying to keep up with 2 kids! We have alot coming up for the holiday season. James is in the drama at church and I am going to be singing. So, lots of practices and time up at the church. James' parents are here and will leave Sunday morning. They are off to Tenn. And we are off to bed. Love to everyone.

Happy Fall

Jonah and Braeden

Mooo-
Oh, Halloween. We had a good time. Our church does something called Trunk or Treat. The kids play games and get lots of candy. It is on what is going to be the new church property. Jonah had a great time and filled his bag with candy. We had gotten this costume for his Christmas program he is in for school (thought it would be easier to get a costume at halloween than it would be at Christmas) so mommy didn't have to make one!! He saw the costume and passed up Buzz Light Year to be a cow! He cracks us up! It "killed 2 birds with one stone". We had to stay home Monday night and pass out candy to the neighbor kids... if we don't we get teepeed. It was raining... teepee and rain... hum... easy choice. Jonah helped pass out candy and had a good time. It worked out nicely because he has a little cough and with the weather... need I say more. Happy Fall.
