Poop & Butterflies

Abby is a crack up. She decided (at 3 years old) that her room was not the way she wanted it. She had me move her furniture around the way she wanted it. Ya... She also liked the princess thing for the wall and wanted butterflies hanging from the ceiling. So... this is all Abby's idea... Last night she gets into bed and says, "Mommy, are the butterflies going to poop in my mouth??!!" I was almost crying!!

Last night I was in a really strange mood. Ok, so I was in a bad mood. On the way home from church Abby said,
"We have hearts so we can give them to Jesus".
Nothing like a kid to make your day a little brighter.

I went to my Ecola Bible school reunion. It was so great to see the people that came. It was very obvious that God wanted each of us to be there that could go. What a great time! Shannon and I flew out together. I also got to see my bro and my sis and Clayton! Oh, and my Aunt Estelle, Uncle Mark, Kathrine and my grandma through a door... she was sick and told me I could not go in. I got to go in the house for a minute and blow her a kiss Monday before my flight.. progress. :)

Ok, this is funny. I am going through Jonah's seat work that came home... check out the illustration on the bottom. Haa!! You can tell the wheels in his head were turning when he was writing. Somehow I think this is how it "went down" in his head. His writing for a 6 year old is amazing!!!

My New Hat

It is rare for me to find a great hat. So, here are my self portraits in my new favorite hat. It is definately my "winter" hat, but I am loving it. Plus I wanted to play around with a light idea. The background is a white background with light from behind coming in from a window. I thought it turned out pretty cool.
