Mr. & Mrs Smith

A little while ago I took pictures of the brother and now sister in law of a girl that helps cut/color (yes it is color, LOL!) my hair. It was a very cold day, but a good one. The gals were so brave in sleeveless dresses and 14 deg weather! Congratulations!

Merry Christmas everyone! So Dec has been really busy for us. We came back the first week of Dec from Oregon. We jumped right into Christmas stuff. Our choir had a performance on Sat and than 2 on Sunday... cookies to make, cards to get out, house to decorate, and a surgery in there for James. It all got a little crazy somehow. James' dad came up for Christmas and we had a great time. Our friends Tim and Kari came over for dinner on Christmas and we had a great time. What a blessing to celebrate our Saviors birth. We are so thankful for his grace and his love and taking on humanity as a baby that wonderful day. My God bless all of you and that you would know Him in your hearts every day. Blessings!!

Oregon #4

So we got to go bumming around Portland as a family. We met my brother for dinner at Rhinelander and than went to Voodoo doughnuts. Yummm... Crack for your taste buds if I do say so myself. :) Had a great lunch with my friend and dinner with the Campbells. We are so blessed to have wonderful people in our lives. James took off to work in ID, so the kids and I stayed at my Grandma's house and listened to the Duck vs Beaver game... GO DUCKS! Cousins Hannah and Jordan came to play and we had a great dinner and play time. When James got back on Friday we bummed around Portland again and went to Pine State biscuits, Powells bookstore and had Gelato. Dinner was spent with the VanDyke family! Then it was off to STL. Homeward bound!!!

Oregon #3

A day with my sister in Salem. We went the the Oregon State capitol and then off to the Gilbert house, after that we had some lunch. In the bottom picture, we are all in my dad's old bedroom. The Gilbert house was in the past used as a group home for boys. What a fun day!! Later we got to meet with my friend Joanna for some coffee.

My brother, sister in law and I drove up on the BLM land behind my parents house. This is the sunset in one direction, and turning around this is the moon coming out. The pictures do not do it justice.

Day after Thanksgiving

I need to photoshop James and Abby into the big family picture. Abby was sleeping. Working on it. LOL!
