Surgery Update

Hi everyone! Jonalee made it through her surgery yesterday. She can see today. Praise the Lord! Her follow-up with Dr. Galanis went great, and he is very pleased. http://drgalanis.com/ The staff was wonderful and the surgery went very well.

Happy Birthday Jonah!!!!! On Jonah's actual birthday we had a bbq with Auntie Shannon, Auntie Nikki, Hannah and Jordan. They were in from Oregon/Washington. We swam, had hotdogs and HUGE cupcakes.

Our last few days were full of friends. What good times!!!

Jonah catches his first fish!! Papa took James and Jonah in his boat. Jonah caught 2 fish! He was so proud! We were up at Leaburg dam. There is a fish hatchery up there and we looked at the sturgeon, rainbow trout and other fish!

Reunion

While there we had a reunion for my High school. It was small, the school was small! LOL! But, the few of us there had a blast!!!

Happy Birthday Jonah!!! The family came down to my parents house for a Bque and fun for Jonah's 6th birthday!!!
Abby even got brave enough to go onthe zip line. As I get more pictures from family, I will post them.

Vacation Wed, Thursday, Friday morning

Since the pictures are on here all goofy like, here is what they are... We got to Oregon on Wednesday afternoon and headed straight to the Oregon Coast. We ended up in Cannon Beach (one of my personal faves) and stopped to see my friends Karen and Liam. We stayed at the Sea Sprite on the estuary It was beautiful! Right on the beach... the place is just amazing. The next morning the kids woke up EARLY, so we went to go play on the beach and they searched for shells. Jonah found sand dollars! He was so excited. We went to Ecola state park and Indian beach (where the surfers go). Thursday we went down to Tillamook and went to the cheese factory and some smoke house. We came back up to Cannon Beach and left friday AM. Than it was down the Lincoln city for some tidepools and than over to Eugene to see Joni's folks. We had to stop at Otis cafe for my dad to get their molassas bread. There is like 6 tables and a tiny post office in this little town. I will write more later and post more pictures as I get them done. More of our trip to come!!!
