A morning of beauty treatments

This little one keeps me on my toes!! I am out of the room for 1 min and it gets quiet. Here I come running into the room and what do we see?!! Liquid lipstick! She says, "Beautiful lips!!" She promptly got a bath after I got the camera (the important things right?!). Yes, by some miracle the lipstick did come out of the white sweater. It had to soak overnight in a variety of stuff (if you need such information later email me...).

Don't faint on me, but yes there are 2 blogs within a week!!! Today we went to downtown St. Charles and saw the trains on main, and all the old time charaters. The kids collect cards from each one. They had so much fun!

Hello everyone!! It has been a long time since I have blogged. For you all that check... We had a great Thanksgiving! James went down to TN to be with his folks. The kids and I stayed in St. Louis and Shannon's family came out to the house and we had a great turkey meal here. Here are some pictures I took of the kids while trying to get the Christmas Card picture. They were a handful!!!! But one of these is not the Christmas card picture, so I didn't ruin it. :)

I love it when you can take a picture and turn it into art. Not that photography isn't art, but this reminds me of what should be in some nature exhibit.

Happy Fall

Happy fall! Well, it is now all the way upon us. These were taken at the Busch Wildilfe preserve. It is a cool place. Abby and I had to get out of the house today and so we took a drive. Over this fall we have had Jonalee and James' birthdays! James had a great birthday eventhough it was full of church stuff. The weather is now getting colder in the mornings and it kinda wakes you up. We are fast approaching Thanksgiving! Yea!! The kids are getting very excited.
